Villa del Palmar Flamingos has the modern comforts of a deluxe beach-front resort with the Old World Mexican charm of the area.

The property front entrance is gated and manned by a 24-hour security guard.

Ideal for honeymooners or couples but can accommodate up 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. An adult is 12 years old or more. Studio suite includes a king-size bed or a two queen size beds, adjoining bathroom with Travertine marble-decor accents, kitchenette with coffee maker, electric stove top, microwave, mini-bar and a toaster, balcony and special in-suite services.

Nice Place but poor communication regarding WiFi
This is a nice property in a large hotel. Three restaurants and a busy pool. I asked before I reserved if they had good wifi and was told yes. But the wifi is $10 per device per day and I wasn't told this until arrival. This is very expensive and I should have been told this before I booked.

Diamond on the beach!
Via Del Palmar Flamingos is a wonderful resort property right on the beach near the town of Bucerias. It’s a 25 minute walk on a path or on the beach to the town and many great restaurants. Sandrinas was our favourite. At the resort we did not have all inclusive but did use the restaurants several times. The food was very good and moderately priced. The rooms are all nicely furnished and have ocean views. I will return as soon as I can.

Beautiful Property
We had a fantastic time at this property Beautiful tropical grounds Iguanas always around .The room was stocked with everything from cold beer Rye,Vodka and of course Tequila Great spot on the beach Close to Bucerías and incredible sunsets . Fantastic convenience store which had everything you could need plus the best pastries around . Definitely would recommend this property Thanks again for the memories Gord and Denise

Hidden fees / Noisey
I was charged daily for room / grounds maintenance fees by the resort. In addition to fees I was charged by the VRBO owner. WIFI is NOT included or free at the resort. There is a daily WIFI fee for each device. The 6th floor unit is adjacent to the loading / service bay for the resort next door. There is constant noise from trucks, maintenance, entertainment equipment being loaded and unloaded. The noise starts at 6am and can be heard up until 1 or 2am.

Every step from our first communication with our property owner to check out went so easily. Our room was lovely and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Staff was accommodating and so very nice. We give it all 5 stars
