Lil Orphan Annie is thoroughly cleans and sanitizes for your family's safety and the safety of our community between each guest.

This beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on a large deck with ocean views. The house is on a quiet street just a few yards away from public beach access, which is two houses down and across the street. Due to no public beach parking, the beach is less crowded.

The large backyard offers many options for a family and enjoying the salty air. The house is a bright, clean, updated vacation home that sleeps 6 comfortably with a master king bed with attached bathroom, another king bed, and twin bunkbeds in the bunkroom. The bunkbeds are a perfect size for kids. Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessities that you need to make meals at the beach (coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes mugs, and more).

***linens ARE provided by a rental linen company, which also includes bathroom towels and wash rags. They arrived in a tote clean and fresh. I take care of setting the rental up for you. All you need to do is put the sheets on the beds and put the towles/rags in the bathrooms & kitchen. ***
Security: Smoke detectors are inside, and cameras are located outside the property for your safety and ours.

Pet Policy:
• Two dogs maximum ($125 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $200 non-refundable pet fee for two pets)
• Under 50 lbs
• Please do not leave dogs unattended, but if you do, please crate them, which you need to bring
• All dogs must be house trained
• Please, no dogs on the furniture
** if you don't see the pet fee added please let me know and I'll add it, if dogs are not paid for you may be charged an additional fee.
