Located in the much sought after Coconut Plantation in the Ko Olina resort, our home is literally a five minute walk to the beach and minutes away from the fabulous Roy’s Restaurant and Hawaii’s Best Luau, Paradise Cove. With acres of lush greenery surrounding the homes, the tranquility awaits you. Our aim is to exceed your every expectation as our guest.

With luxuriously furnished interior design reflecting Hawaiian, Polynesian, and Asian themes, rare antiques coexist with modern appliances and electronics. This Coconut Palm layout has over 1700 square feet of air conditioned luxury which comfortably sleeps eight, and two lanais (and private patio) totaling nearly 600 more square feet of space. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide ample privacy and large den provides extra space for office, relaxing and a queen-size sofa sleeper bed.

The Aulani Disney Resort is on the walk to the beach, and a small shopping center with market, restaurants and shops is just outside the gate.

Wonderful location
We stayed in Coconut Plantation and enjoyed the wonderful location and beauty of the area. The condo kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning ladies were on site when we arrived and cleaning was not very thorough. It was difficult to park 2 vehicles in the garage as many items were stored there. Also, the $150 electric allowance is not enough as the usual monthly bill runs 400-500. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Loved our Ko Olina Home. Gave us room to spread out and relax.
Place of Joy truly describes our visit to the Coconut Plantation. Close proximity to pool and ocean and great restaurants and stores close by. I would recommend getting a smaller vehicle to rent. We had an Explorer and it was an extremely tight fit in the garage. Pool was the best. Always clean and not overly crowded most of time. Hated to leave. Only about three miles from Costco. Grill no longer on lanai but there are grills in the pool area for use.

Wonderful Month-Long Stay
This property made our vacation! It had all the creature comforts set in paradise. My husband and I were able to work with no issue- the townhome had several comfortable spots to set up a laptop. I preferred the downstairs lanai but there is a huge den with a desk to set up if you want a more permanent place to keep your office. Wifi was great, steps away from the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was better stocked than our own! It had everything from Tupper ware to a mixer- was able to cook our regular meals without a thought. The property manager was quick to respond. The garage is split so was difficult to park a Chevy Traverse (3 row) but smaller cars should not have a problem at all. The home had everything we needed to have a great vacation: near the beaches and nice places to eat, quiet friendly community and shops. There is a train that stops right outside the ice cream shop that we called an "ice cream train", check it out if you like trains or have kids, was a nice way to spend the afternoon. The Lagoon by Aulani was perfect for enjoying the calm waters. I set up in their area and no one asked any questions about if we stayed there or not. The Poke Bowls at the Cafe in the Aulani hotel were out of this world. You must try all the fish you can in Hawaii- its amazing!

Great Home Away From Home
We are from the islands. Since some of us live on the mainland, we decided to reunite with family still living here so we rented Dave’s place. Being familiar with the area, we thought the location was perfect. Being close to the highway and walkability to the lagoons, made the location very convenient. Every one we dealt with responded quickly. All of our questions were answered in a very timely manner and the maintenance folks were very friendly and thorough. The condo was clean and we loved spending time on the lanai. It was very comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen was very well stocked with every thinkable gadget you could possibly need. Parking is limited to only garage parking so if you have more than 2 cars, it’s a struggle. Overall, we enjoyed so much about the condo and hope to rent again soon!
