Renovated house in an authentic fishing village on the peninsula of Port-des-Barques, located by the sea, between the island of Oléron and La Rochelle.
Bakeries, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, mini-market, restaurants and the post office are a few hundred meters away, accessible by small pedestrian lanes.
Large parking lot located in front of the house at 20 meters.
Ideal rental for family holidays, or for spa guests (thermal cure in Rochefort), up to 6 people, including 1 large double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds on the mezzanine and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et bien profité de l'air marin et iodé du bord de mer. Les activités aux alentours étaient également très agréables. La location était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes et la maison était accueillante avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Découverte de la Charente Maritime de sa côte . C'était vraiment chouette 😁 Calme la rue. La mer pas loin . Toujours de l'animation dans le village. Tous commerces de nécessité a pied c'est vraiment le top 🤩 Un logement propre et fonctionnelle et des propriétaires toujours à l'écoute.
