About this property

130-3 Stillwood Drive, Pawleys Plantation

Our second floor condominium in private, gated Pawleys Plantation features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the 11th fairway. Bright and serene, the unit is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the screened-in balcony, with a full bathroom just off of the room. The second bedroom is located at the front of the unit, with two queen size beds and a full bathroom. On the technology side of the fence, there is a 50” flat screen SMART TV and Blu-Ray player in the main living space, flat screens in the bedrooms, cable television, and secure wi-fi internet.

The condominium is located close to the community pool which is open from May 1 to October 1, and within walking distance of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, and the Palmetto Pub for a quick bite. A beach pass to Huntington Beach State Park (about ten minutes away) for use during your stay is provided. Pawleys Island proper is just three miles by car. For your beach trips, four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

Great Spot!
Will stay here again. Family of 5 - kids ages 7-10. Great location to nearby shops, beaches etc. We had family staying at Huntington Beach and having the pass saved us a lot! The community pool is very close, open from 8am-10pm. We were here over the holiday and there were always chairs/loungers for everyone. Front security and neighbours are polite. Golf course was under renovation but it was nice to walk along the cart paths. We enjoyed the screened porch a lot. Beds were comfortable. Extra pillows, towels and blankets available. Four beach towels and chairs provided. Ad did say beach umbrella but we did not see one. Glad we brought ours just in case! Contacted Steve regarding the washer/dryer and he was polite, easy to talk to. DeRomas pizza, Parlor Donuts and the Raw Bar were delicious. Would love to go back!

Great place to stay. Location was central to what we needed.
Played golf at two courses in one day. Visited area while the weather was not cooperating but still had a great time. Condo worked out terrific! Thanks to Steve and Anne.
