Sophisticated, newly furnished interiors with plenty of room for a couple who is ready to dive in the charming atmosphere of an enchanted Tuscan hamlet.

The house has a large living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, a beautiful and well working fireplace.
The open kitchen and the living room were carefully designed to maximize space and comfort and equipped with the home appliances that are key to a pleasant stay, such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and boiler.

A beautiful 7x21m landscaped swimming pool is available for our guests within walking distance.

Several acres of land are shared with the other neighbors of the hamlet, including a huge parking lot within walking distance from the house.
Terrace into the wild and sophisticated internal generous space for two persons. Ideal for couples who are used to live in big and luminous spaces, enjoying the same in tuscan landscape and a lovely hamlet.
Our home can host comfortably 2 adult persons + one child over 7, is completely new furnished and equipped, having:
1bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
1 master bed with 1.60 m x 1.90 m a 3rd single bed can be opened in the living room
1 big and efficiently working open fire place.
1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and dishwasher,
1 big terrace which continues into a little garden and the wall offers space for a barbecue, which is also on site. The table and 6 chairs and a huge umbrella invites also guests.
1 shared huge pool of 21 x 6.80 meters and landscaped (beach like soft entrance and whirlpool)
Several acres of land shared with the neighbours of the hamlet.
1 parking lot not too distant from the home, and you can get close to it for emptying the car.

Perfektes "Hideaway" in der Toskana
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse hat man Sonne vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum späten Nachmittag. Der Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft ist großartig. Der Poolbereich ist leicht zu erreichen. Das Ganze ist schon ein bisschen abgelegen, aber es gibt doch ein paar gute Restaurants, die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann.

Absolut traumhaft!!!
Vorab: Wir waren schon sehr oft in der Toskana in wunderschönen Unterkünften. Diese Unterkunft hat allerdings unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen: sie ist gut zu erreichen, schön abgelegen und absolut ruhig, mitten in der Natur, dennoch in der Nähe von Ausflugszielen und sehr guten Restaurants. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Gestaltung der Räume ist top! Der Pool ist - wie auf den Bildern - phänomenal. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist unkompliziert und herzlich; ich habe auf alle meine Fragen umgehend und ausführliche Antworten bekommen. (Herzlichen Dank noch einmal! :-)) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Idyllischer Ort mit Einschränkungen
Das Appartement war stilvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und dem Verwalter waren gut und problemlos. Die Lage war idyllisch und die Anlage war sauber und gut organisiert. Der Pool war super und eine Augenweide. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings gab ein paar Gäste die mit Entspannung nicht so viel anzufangen wussten. Es gab Familien deren Kinder (halbstarke Erwachsene) nicht genau wussten wie kindisch und unflätig sie sich noch am Pool benehmen sollten. Hinweisschilder über das Verhalten am Pool sind zwar vorhanden, aber wenn man sich nicht daran hält, sind sie wertlos. Auch waren die Insekten nicht entspannungsfördernd. Obwohl alle Fenster mit Insektenschutzgittern versehen sind, waren wir am Ender der Ferienwoche massiv vom Insektenstichen/Bissen an Armen und Beinen betroffen.

Auszeit im Paradies
Das Appartement ist sehr persönlich und gemütlich, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die große Terrasse mit dem Grill haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Von Marco sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden, er hat uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben und war für Rückfragen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und der Pool ein Traum. Jedes Appartement hat dort seine eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Schöne Ausflugsziele sind mit Auto gut erreichbar. Im Vorfeld der Anreise hat Frau Pirazzi unsere Fragen unglaublich schnell und sehr herzlich und geduldig beantwortet, so eine gute Betreuung findet man selten! Dafür ein ganz großes Dankeschön! Fazit: wir kommen wieder!!

Lovely Borgo
A great mini-Borgo . Pool area was very special and this apartment was as advertised. Had looked forward to spending time on the terrace, but the intense heat wave kept us indoors much more than we wanted. Beautiful views in all directions,

If you see the photograph of the ruin, you will know. The romantic ruin of Caspar David Friedrich became our home! And nice persons stay below and are our neighbors. Kind and friendly persons.

What makes this property unique

It has the best views, is spacious and on one floor. No steps! Close to the parking, light,light,light! Mosquito screens everywhere, easy, comfortable and sophisticated at the same time. It is simply gorgeous.
