This one bedroom, one bath apartment is located in Clearwater just miles from Clearwater beach. It is centrally located between Tampa and St. Petersburg, making it easy to explore the entire Tampa Bay area. The apartment includes one private bedroom, with a queen size bed, as well as two pull-out couches in the living room area. It has a full kitchen, complete with everything you need, and a back porch to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The apartment is above a detached garage, so tenants will need to climb one set of exterior stairs to access the rental. There is a beautiful park, within a very short walking distance, that has a playground area and serval workout stations.

We are located 5 miles from Clearwater Beach and just under 3 miles from downtown.

Property was as advertised. Located fairly centrally in Clearwater it felt close enough to everything (if you have a vehicle). The local park was a great outdoor space to explore. Host was very responsive.

Clean, convenient and friendly hosts
Updated clean apartment style home. Great for a couple or family with kids. Can sleep 4-5. Good size bathroom and great shower pressure (which my husband loved!). Convenient location if you have a car. About 15 drive to beach. Host responds immediately and very friendly. Use of the backyard pool was a plus! Would book again.

We had a great stay!!!
This was a perfect place for 2 of us to stay. We were supposed to be using this as a base from which to go to Spring Training games, but that plan got derailed from the start thanks to the MLB lock out. Our hosts were wonderful and responded to questions quickly. Early in our stay we asked if they had a BBQ we could use. Bob showed us his built in brick charcoal grill. I guess my husband didn’t look overly enthused because 2 days later a brand new gas grill appeared!! What a generous thing for them to do!! Definitely a high light for us was the nearby park with walking areas, a light exercise area, dog park, and lots of wild life. It was great for us to be able to walk about 5km a day. It even has beach volleyball!! This property is close to everything - shopping, dining, baseball, beaches. You won’t go wrong using it as a base.

Great location and value
Great peaceful stay with clean pool area space, useful kitchen and bedroom. The coffee maker needed cleaning, grounds were forgotten but the space itself was clean and comfortable, thank you! Great fridge/freezer, oven everything worked great. We loved the location, 10 minutes from the beach and central to lots of other towns.

Such a Mixed Bag
Pros: Spacious. Great Kitchen, Bathroom/Shower. Flooring beautiful. Cons: This property is second house in from an EXTREMELY busy road that you can't escape heavy road noise from trucks, cars and motorcycles morning, noon and night. We never opened any windows all month. Next door neighbors have 2 dogs that like to bark.... No reviews mention this... Furnishings are long in tooth and saggy. The bed needs replace. Outdoor porch had rusted table and chairs, and filthy. NO dresser in bedroom??!?... we had to live out of suitcases. No end tables or table lamps in living room. Mind you, we rented this place for a whole month so this is the truth as we experienced it. Pool was freezing and un useable. It wasnt really a warm month we understand and cool nights...but...the filters using any possible sun's warmth from the solar collectors as reported were never run during the mid day to possibly warm the water. We heard them running at mid night swirling cold water. Even their grandkids didn't use it... The people were helpful and wanted to help offered beach chairs and such, but it is what it is. For the premium rental fees...... we expected a premium...especially that we rented for a month pre paid. We hope VRBO doesn't delete this opinion of the place
