Very noisy
We rented this, based on location. We were having work done on our boat and needed a place to stay, that kept us close to our marina and the monthly rate was good, considering how much everything has gone up here. I had no issues with the rental, it was clean upon our arrival. We knew it was the second floor, with no elevator, based on the description and everything inside was in working order. It is a bit rundown, but again it was clean. There is absolutely zero view. It is a u shaped building, so our windows were on the side, overlooking the tiny unattractive court yard area and the wall and roof of the rest of the building. It was fine for us, because it was a working trip for us, but depressing if I had been on vacation. My huge complaint was the never ending noise. Thankfully, I brought my fan from the boat, which I put on high while sleeping. The blocked the noise, so I could sleep, otherwise I would of been miserable. The noise would start at 630am to 7am, with the morning leaf blower guy, 7 days a week, including Sunday, it was nuts. The noise would would never stop, until I put my fan on and went to sleep. The morning street sweeper, the delivery trucks, partners and people constantly walking by, the employees hanging in the court yard chatting and smoking. The noise never stopped. I would only stay there again if I needed it for the purpose I rented, otherwise I would never stay there again. If you are not sensitive to noise and don't need a view, the price is right, the beds comfortable and it has everything you need. I had no issues with Vacasa. I booked this through a local concierge. Its no reflection on her, she was wonderful to work with and knew the reason for our rental.

Awesome little hole in wall
Perfect couple getaway or couple/friend getaway!! In the heart of key west! Definitely would recommend for a younger crew but such a great deal!!!
