Due to Covid 19, we are working around the clock to ensure that all of our guests can feel safe staying in our house. Following CDC guidelines, all surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfectant before each guest arrives. We launder quilt coverlets, bedspreads and blankets, along with sheets and towels between guests. All of our guests upon arrival are asked to assess their health.

Total renovation of five bedroom, six bath all en suite totally walled and private, single story, gated, all bedrooms have separate access to pool as well as STREET, with total privacy. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with Unobstructed view of San Jacinto MountainRange from the back of the house and pool area. Great view of the Santa Rosa Mountain Range from the kitchen, formal dining room seating 12, and a two-hundred square foot front patio.

A PROFESSIONAL NINE PLAYER POKER TABLE, IN addition to chess, checkers ,backgammon and many board games for both adults and children in living room.

Extra large heated salt water swimming pool and $10,000 new, large “HotSprings Spa.”, the best Spa available.

A two hundred square foot front patio. Two new large gazebos one 12x9 and the other 9x9 will be added to the private back yard area. Totally updated pool area with bar area and refrigerator, seating for ten. Guests may relax around the fire pit while your steaks are being grilled. An additional 24 cubic foot refrigerator is available for those wishing to store additional liquid or foods.


LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
The house is located on a cul-de-sac in the wind protected Indian Canyon area in South Palm Springs, one of the most desirable areas in the Coachella Valley. It is two blocks from the Saguaro Hotel and Pool Club, as well as the Smoketree Shopping Center where you will find great restaurants, a large upscale supermarket, a hardware store as well as ten other small businesses. We are also two blocks from the free shuttle that runs on East Palm Canyon to all restaurants and activities in downtown Palm Springs.

$150,000 RECENT RENNOVATION
All bedrooms have an attached bathroom and all have direct access to the pool area as well as the street. It is handicapped accessible and just a few minutes from the the fire department paramedics.

Very high quality beds, three California Kings, one queen, and two twin. Two top of the line portable twin beds are also available. All windows and doors to the pool area are alarmed and may be activated if needed; children who are non-swimmers.

It is very private, gated, with large heated pool, and space in driveway for the three additional cars.

The house has an open floor plan, two zone AC, in addition to a third in the game room, and three fireplaces.

It has seven large, smart TVs, with superior HD digital picture and sound quality. The internet speed is 300 MPS, powerful enough to enable five persons to simultaneous stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. There is a land based phone with free calling to U.S., Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.

The kitchen has a large island with additional seating, modern cabinets, glass backsplash throughout, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.

Three fireplaces, new electric blinds, double pane windows throughout, and newly installed lighting in interior.

The exterior has a new roof, fire pit, large concrete bar, lighted pool, and spot lights around the palm trees.


2. SPECIALIZED CLEANING WITH CLOROX AND ALCOHOL THROUGHOUT

PALM SPRINGS CITY RULES: CITY ID 3558
The City of Palm Springs have created a very strict short term rental ordinance to ensure that not only our next store neighbors but the city as a whole is never negatively impacted by short term visitors.
PRIMARY TENANT MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE CITY CONTRACT
PRIMARY TENANT MUST SIGN THE OWNERS CONTRACT WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF APPROVAL.
THE CITY ENFORCES THESE RULES TWENTY-FOUR HOURS A DAY SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. IN THE EVENT OF AN INFRACTION IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS, THE POLICE WITH ISSUE A MINIMUM $500 DOLLAR FINE, AND IMMEDIATELY EVICT ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP WITHOUT ANY REFUND:

THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE:
1. QUIET TIME: QUIET TIME RUNS BETWEEN 10pm AND 10am. THERE SHOULD BE NO LOUD TALKING, SCREAMING, YELLING, OR CREATING A DISTURBANCE OF ANY KIND BEFORE 10AM OR AFTER 10PM.
1. PRIMARY TENANT MUST BE AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WITH STATE ID. THE PRIMARY ID MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OWNER WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF APPROVAL.

2.AUTOMOBILES: A MAXIMUM OF FOUR CARS, TWO PARKED IN DRIVEWAY AND TWO OTHERS PARKED IN TANDEM BEHIND FIRST TWO. PRIMARY TENANT MUST PROVIDE THE LICENSE NUMBER, TYPE, AND MODEL OF ALL FOUR CARS. .

3.MUSIC: NO MUSIC OUTSIDE, AND NO MUSIC FROM THE INSIDE THAT CAN BE HEARD OUTSIDE. THIS RULE IS ENFORCED TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PER DAY, AND VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A MINIMUM OF $500 and EVICTED FROM HOUSE.

4. PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC OR CELEBRATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ANY TIME.

I HAVE GREAT NEIGHBORS AND MY 115 TENANTS THE LAST THREE YEARS UNDERSTOOD THE NEED TO MAINTAIN THE QUIET AND PEACEFUL FEELING OF THE. COMMUNITY. BY DOING MY BEST TO EXPLAIN THE CITY RULES, I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT MY FUTURE TENANTS WILL THOROUGHLY AVAIL THEMSELVES OF THE RULES, AND AS A RESULT, MAINTAIN THE SERENE AND QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD.

Fab!
Really wonderful gathering Place for a group. We were there in a family trip with seven adults and four kids 11 and under. It was perfect. Plenty of towels and linens and silverware and cups! Great pool and spa!! We had such a great time and it is really a convenient location for so much of the fun stuff in Palm Springs. Everybody was super responsive to our questions! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Palm springs bachelor party
Beautiful place close to downtown Palm springs with all the amenities you could want. The pool was phenomenal as was the hot tub. 8 big guys were staying and we had enough beds for everyone and bathrooms enough that nobody ever had to wait to use one. Stocked with games, towels, extra linens, this place was perfect. We grilled, hung out by the pool, and when we wanted to go into town it was a quick uber. Overall a great stay!

Great house!!
We enjoyed our stay in this property. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to use. The kitchen was spacious fand had everything we needed to cook our group meals. It was nice to have two full size refrigerators to put all our food and beverage in. (lots of ice) One refrigerator is located in the game room which was nice to use on a rainy day. The pool area was great with plenty of chairs for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owner was very responsive when we had any issues. We were very pleased with this property and would stay here again when in Palm Springs.

Located on-cul-de-sac, two blocks from the Saguaro Hotel and Pool Club, the Blue Room, as well as the Smoketree Shopping Center. Just a great area to relax, walk, ride your bike, swim, or just relax
