The name says it all... Paradise Found. This home is a very spacious, sophisticated / luxurious retreat that reflects the beauty of the bay it is on. This waterfront home is in the Port South subdivision, which has far less traffic / more privacy then the rest of Port. It is set on the West Bay where some of the best fishing is / a whole lot of fish have been caught on this pier and seawall deck. Spanning on 140 feet and 2 waterfront lots this house is graced by high vaulted ceilings. Many large windows and French doors overlook the bay for views from multiple vantage points. The grand entryway draws you into a generously sized layout made for gatherings. The large kitchen offers 2 ranges, 1 hibachi side grill, 1 oven / 1 convection oven. Truly a chefs kitchen! The sprawling entertaining spaces flow outside to the covered deck upstairs, as well as the huge covered patio downstairs that spans the whole length of the house. There is also a large deck off the seawall with boardwalks running the entire 140 feet of the water. With this home sitting on 2 lots with an empty lot next door there is plenty of private fishing space. There is a large driveway for ample parking.

Home needs outside painting badly and updating inside for the price but all in all a spacious and comfortable house

Wow! So ok, yes the place is outdated. Who cares? It was large and well appointed ! With a pier right out back. The rooms were spacious and beds were decent. The kitchen had what we needed , and the grills were a bonus! My family enjoyed our stay immensely, to the point we wished we could stay a few more days. We wish there were tvs in all the rooms, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Seriously, if you are on the fence at all, just do it! It's only an hour to South Padre, but this house truly made it feel like a vacation. Out of the way and perfectly right on the water.

How looked much better in pictures. When we arrived we had to wash all the dishes that we planned on using because the were put up with good still on them. The main fridge didn’t work half our stay. Dock needs some serious attention. Water was about 18” deep under pier lights not 5 foot like we were told. There was trash laying in the yard and garage when we arrived. It’s a good thing it was only guys in this trip.

Great Fishing
The stay was a great I believe the pool table was broken even though we were told it wasn’t. Other than that the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Pier rating would be like 4 out of 5 needed to be further out and more lights along the way. Also needed a lower level to step down closer to the water.
