Mac's Place. 4 Bedroom, Three Bath. Private Fishing Pier.

Mac's Place is a great house located on the bay. With a large deck and great covered patio overlooking the water. And a nice private back yard. The home offers a private 500 foot lighted pier and a private fish cleaning station. The upstairs has a nice full kitchen. Wonderful open dining and living area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a large open room with a living space, sleeping space, and bathroom. There is a large drive way for plenty of parking.
Washer and dryer. Satellite TV. BBQ. Air conditioned. Pets Allowed for $100 non refundable fee.

Fishing was good, house was not good
Door handle on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, there was water bottles and trash under one of the beds, trash on windowsills. Hair on towels and in sinks and showers. Food on kitchen counters. Neighbors dog kept coming over and pooping in the yard.

Good times on the coast
It’s a cozy on the coast stay for friends and family. House was clean and beds were made. All appliances worked. Would stay again. Budget friendly.

Aside from the property being dirty, their is black mold on the ceiling on the 1st floor from a water heater leaking on the kitchen. Extremely disappointed and will never rent Macs Place again. Not sure who is managing the property but the job is not being done

The whole process was easy great customer service only small detail in the property was one restroom door knob didn't close properly other than that very clean place we had a great time. 👍
