For lovers of the countryside, charming Maison de Maître (separated into two independent dwellings see ad 573499), entirely renovated for 10 people. Four bedrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large living dining room, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs. A 3000 m2 garden to enjoy nature and its swimming pool (7x 3.5 m).
Biking, jogging, walking, pétanque, beach, nap under the shade of the pines. Everything is there to find calm and serenity and enjoy your children and your family.
Not far from there, our beautiful village of Marseillan will welcome you with its culinary diversity, its port, the Etang de Thau and its "Richemer" and "Noilly Prat" cellars.
Its 12 km beaches will continue to make this magical place for a relaxing holiday. The city of Agde offers you an aquatic center, spa, massage, whirlpool.

Beautiful home in a stunning location
The property was beautiful inside there was everything we all needed. It was decorated beautifully, the kitchen was well Equipped with everything you could have wanted. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and with air conditioning. The air conditioning was throughout the property which made the stay in mid summer comfortable. The inside of the property was spacious and allowed our two families to vacation for two weeks without any issues. Outside there were two lovely areas with plenty of space to use The pool was secure with plenty of seating and shade. The other side where we sat and ate was peaceful and afforded us some beautiful views of the vineyards and sea. However the added bonus was the wild red squirrels in the garden running around and playing everyday. Anne the owner was amazing her communication and support the best we have had with a rental property nothing was too much trouble before and during our stay - thank you. As the property is so well positioned we were minutes away from Meze,Marsellian,Pezanas and sete( by local ferry). There is plenty to explore for all ages and we hope to return to this amazing property for another relaxing holiday at some point.

Tolles Haus und tolles Grundstück
Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetes charmantes renoviertes Herrenhaus. Tolle Aussichten. Toll eingerichtete Küche! Grandioses Grundstück mit Aussicht zum Entang. Sehr ruhig! Das Haus beherbergt zwei Einheiten. Wir haben uns von der anderen Partei nicht gestört gefühlt. Der Pool-Bereich ist nicht ganz so schön angelegt, lt Vermieterin sind aber Veränderungen geplant. Ein überdachter Aussensitzplatz falls es mal regnet wäre toll. Haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Wunderschönes Anwesen inmitten von Weinbergen
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit unserer befreundeten Familie in Südfrankreich. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Betten waren recht gut (mein Mann bekommt sonst oft Rückenschmerzen….) Obwohl es etwas außerhalb liegt, ist man schnell in den näher gelegenen Orten. Besonders Marseillan ist reizend und bietet leckere Restaurants, typische Märkte, verschiedene Sportmöglichkeiten und tolle Strände. Neben der komfortablen Klimaanlage (über 35 Grad-Tage), hat uns die sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche gefallen: z.B. 5 (!) Quiche-Bleche, ein Grill, ein riesiger Kühlschrank mit ausreichend Platz für Essen für 2 Familien mit 5 „hungrigen“ Teenagern und sehr vielen Tellern etc. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Un grand merci à Anne 💝 PS: das WLAN könnte etwas besser sein - aber das ist ja manchmal beim Familienurlaub gar nicht so schlecht….😉

Séjour de rêve
Maison de charme au milieu des vignes, décorée avec goût,calme,très bien équipée, magnifique extérieur spacieux et très arboré. Coin piscine très agréable et convivial. Pause détente assurée dans ce vrai petit coin de paradis. Un grand merci à Anne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons! Et petit bonus, la maison dispose de la Clim!

Majestueuse
Choisissant un villa pour huit personnes c’est dur. Il faut balancer les dimensions du frigo et le nombre (et les types) des lits, le fiabilité du wi-fi et le capacité du parking, la proximité des voisins et le grandeur de la cuisine. Etcetera. Aprés deux heures de travail j’ai choisi – avec l’aide de ma fille ainé – Le Domaine de Bel Air. C’est une maison tres majestueuse, entouré d’espace et avec une vue de la mer. La cuisine est spacieuse (comme les chambres et le plupart des autres pièces) et équippé pour un duc. Et aussi… et aussi… Je dois admettre que je ne faisait pas attention, pendant le travail de la réservation, de l’existence de la climatisation. Mais après une nuit de 33 deg C j’étais enormement reconaissant de ces avantages. Tous nos repas étaient prise en pleine air. C’était trés agréable d’avoir une salle à manger at aussi (en effet) un bar a l’autre cote de la maison. Tres impressioné par the volonté du proprietaire d’essayer resoudre une probleme avec le TV. Travail dur. Et de nous preter eventuellement sa TV. Sacrifice admirable. Petite plainte. On doit payer pour les draps et les serviettes. C’est preferable d'avertir les clients de ces prix en avance et pas à la première jour de la vacance. Roderick Robinson, Hereford, Angleterre
