Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV. Cable, internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, & private fenced yard.

Centrally located for trips to Estes Park (Rocky Mountain NP), Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Fort Collins, Greeley and Cheyenne - Wyoming, lakes, natural areas, hiking trails!

Perfect get-away
We had a great time. The place is located in a great spot to walk to restaurants and breweries. We were lucky to find one that allowed us to bring our dog too. The place was clean and had so much room. We had everything we needed. The little yard was a bonus.

First Trip to Loveland
We enjoyed our 5 nights in this condo between Christmas and New Years. Our 2 beagles LOVED the little outside fenced yard and knew it was just for them. The house has style and is unique and welcoming. The poinsettia was a nice touch. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed.
