Luxury design villa with private heated pool, near the city of Porto!

Large top design house, 270 m², comfortable space 2 - 6 adults.
Garage, nice living room with single sofa-bed, complete modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, large fridge,...), 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 4 bathrooms (1 with hydromassage), nice heated swimming pool and small garden in the small city of Sanguedo, but lots of green and rather quiet environment. Remark: all the neighbors have a dog, so good to know but at night things get completely quiet normally.
Luxury: very modern architecture, airco in every room, sound system in every room, lots of wood and inox,...
Very nice views with on the horizon the Serra do Montemuro en the Serra do Marão. We help you with lots of information about the environment and our family lives near the house, in case there is a problem or question during your holidays.
The center of Sanguedo is about 0.5 km. At a short walking distance from the villa you will find a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a few restaurants. The seaside resort of Espinho is only a 10-minute drive away. Due to the favorable location of the villa, the cities of Porto (20 km), Vila Nova de Gaia (15 km), Coimbra (106 km) and Aveiro (64 km) are easy to reach, both by car and public transport.

Delicious bakery where you can also have breakfast. At restaurant Wimpy they serve very generously for a very competitive price!

Old district of Porto with wine cellars at 20 km, the beautiful Douro wine region for beautiful roadtrip, the beautiful nature in Geres and Serra da Estrella, coastal town of Espinho at only 10 km and the spectacular beach in Miramar with a well-known golf club, also historic university city of Coimbra at 100 km, ...

Porto mit Familie
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa mit herrlichem Ausblick sehr genossen. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber wir haben die regenfreie Zeit sehr gut genutzt und uns vieles angesehen. Die Villa in Sanguedo ist der modern ausgestattet und der Pool war auch im Oktober beheizt.

Maison très agréable vue magnifique Manquait une salle de bain et également de la lumière le soir beaucoup d’ampoules HS Et une vraie cafetière on est resté à l’ancienne 😂 Et le propriétaire est très réactif dès qu’on lui signale un souci Je recommande

A beautiful home very distant from Porto attractions
The home was great, the neighborhood not so much. Luckily we rented a car so we were able to drive to downtown Porto, without that we would’ve been in a tough spot.
