Condo has two king beds, full bath with an additional sink in the second bedroom, three flat screen tv's with HD cable and hundreds of Channels,
Hi-speed wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen and many other amenities.
Condo is located in building close to pool; complex has bbq area, free parking and beautiful grounds.
Condo is on third floor, you need to climb stairs to entrance.
Bed Linens and bath towels are delivered by a linen service, specifically for your stay.
New appliances including Washer and Dryer, Hairdryer, Dishwasher and microwave.

Come and relax at your home away from home in this well-kept condo.
Enjoy a cocktail sitting out on the deck looking out at the ocean waves and walk over to the beach to enjoy the beautiful island sunsets.

Complex is very convenient to great restaurants, many local golf courses, including the Oak Island Golf Club, right across the street, shopping and only minutes to the Historic, charming town of Southport.

Great location and view
We love Oak Island and have stayed many places. Although this condo has 3 flights of stairs to go up the view is great and the deck has a wonderful breeze in the evening! Would stay again!

Great beach condo
This property had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. The only things which could have been better (which are minor), are that the microwave didn’t spin and the knives were very dull, to the point of being borderline dangerous.

Soaking up the Sun
This is what we did while staying at Casa de Ava. From golfing to our quick walks to great beach, we had a great time soaking up the sun! It was a great place to stay!
