An inverted floor plan places all four bedrooms on the lower level and features a king bed master suite with full bath. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with french doors leading to a breezy upper deck with pleasing views. Bedroom 3 provides a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 offers 2 XL Twin beds, as well as a single daybed. On the upper level, you will enjoy a wide open floor plan perfect for relaxing and entertaining in the beautiful living, kitchen and dining areas with fantastic light and views all around. Enjoyable stay!
This was our first time at Holden Beach and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach access is very short and the beach is wonderful! The island is very laid back and perfect for a family/ group that just wants to spend time together.There is plenty of seating in the family room and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has almost everything you will need. It would be nice to have a second oven rack. Given that there is not a grill, it can be challenging to cook for a family if items need to be baked when there is only one rack. Overall this was a great property. Check-in and out was easy. We had a cleaning issue with the shower curtain in the master bathroom upon arrival and contacted the management company on Monday. The woman that we spoke to forgot to handle it and when I finally reached out to her again on Thursday, she was very sweet and apologetic and took care of it right away. By that time we had been using the outdoor shower when we got back from the beach- which was really great to have and met our needs. I recommend Holden Beach and Cavalier Attitude for a great Atlantic beach vacation!

Perfect family beach house
We spent our annual weeklong beach vacation with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful house. It had a great view of the beach in the front and the marsh behind the house. The huge picture window in the kitchen really gives a nice view of the marsh and wildlife. The house is also very conveniently located to a nearby beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and very user friendly. My family enjoyed the couches in the living area to sit and relax. Would like to return to this house for another family vacation!

Great beach community home!
