Our renovated condo is located just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui, Kamaole 2 beach. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features all new furniture throughout and is located at the Kihei Akahi in Building D which is at the back of the complex. It is on the 1st floor, one floor above the ground level. Picture 15 of the 23 posted provides a good perspective. Features include: GE kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and cherry wood cabinets. New flooring throughout the entire unit, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, electronic door lock (no clunky lock boxes to fight with) and in suite washer / dryer. There is an Air Conditioner in the living room.

The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need. Hi-Rise bar chairs and table on the lanai provide a relaxing place to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee. Free parking in a dedicated parking stall is included. The property has 1 tennis court / pickle ball court, 2 gated pools with plenty of chaise lounges and 2 BBQ areas with gas BBQ’s for grilling up your steaks and fresh seafood.

Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest and driest end of the island. Kihei Akahi is located across from Kamaole II Beach which is one of three of the finest beaches in Hawaii and is just a few minutes walk from the condo on foot. Not even 5 minutes!
