Located in the city center, this pleasant studio is 500 meters from Cannes SNCF train station and the famous Croisette and its beaches, but also from the Palais des Festivals.

Free wi-fi access and fully air conditioned. The studio is decorated in a contemporary style and consists of a living room, a bathroom with shower and w. c independent, a terrace with open view, a very well equipped American kitchen.

super Wohnung
Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, der es spürbar am Herzen lag für unser Wohl im Urlaub zu sorgen! Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar dickeres Bettzeug mitgebracht, da es zu dieser Zeit etwas kälter war als sonst. Wir haben es zwar nicht gebraucht, da es für den deutschen Geschmack nachts warm war. Trotzdem sehr nett, dass sie daran gedacht hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles im allem auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Trop court dans une région si agréable
Sandra, Personne très accueillante et agréable a l'écoute de ses locataires très attentive au questions que nous lui avons posées. Des boissons fraiches dans le frigos entre autre les condiments, sucre, café ainsi que les produit d'entretien sont disponibles. Quant a l'appartement rien a redire tous est nickel le couchage est de très bonne qualité, télé wifi un emplacement réservé pour la voiture (indispensable a Cannes) local a vélos sécurisé ascenseur plage a 1km.de la croisette. Super rapport qualité prix. Sandra prends des nouvelles pendant votre séjour et donne des conseils pour les sorties. Cannes est magnifique et dépaysant en oubliant la foule, si vous êtes amateur de belles voitures vous verrez des voitures comme dans les salon automobile. De petites plages plus tranquilles a quelques Km.(6/7) Golf juan grand parking a côté de la plage. Je conseil cette location pour passer des vacances super agréables. Merci Sandra pour votre accueil et peut être a bientôt Gilbert

Très bon séjour !!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio ! Très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, lit confortable, balcon très bien exposé pour profiter du soleil, non loin du centre ville ... Nous recommandons !

Great place to stay for the Cannes Film Festival
I had a great stay at Sandra's beautiful flat in the centre of town for the duration of the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. The flat is clean, modern, very comfortable and well equipped with everything I could possibly need for my stay. I would love to stay there again! The location was perfect for getting into town – conveniently located right near the station, but with the benefit of having a quiet neighbourhood feel away from the hustle and bustle of the Croisette. Communication with Sandra was very easy, and she is very knowledgable about the local area, with great tips for restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this apartment either for a solo traveller or a couple heading to Cannes!

studio au top!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La région est magnifique , il a fait très beau et le studio était parfait!Il est très propre, joliment décoré et est vraiment très bien équipé!( de l'électroménager aux condiments ). Il est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé de nombreux commerces mais au calme.Sa place de parking privée est bien utile! Le petit plus,et qui n'est pas négligeable c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Sandra qui est très disponible et serviable. Je recommande bien sûr cette location! Caroline et Jean-Philippe
