Newly renovated Mid Century Beach Cottage on a huge double corner lot, nearly 1/2 acre. Mature Mango and Cherry trees on a wonderful yard with Oak and Pine shade trees. Walk or bike to restaurants, stores, and the beach (approx. 1 mile). Updated in a contemporary open style including a new Trane A/C, new cabinets, granite counters, tile shower. This original Cedar cottage was one of the first in the area, and retains its historical character with modern amenities. A taste of Old Florida.

Bonita Springs Jewel
We stayed just short of 3 weeks. The house is immaculate and totally stocked with everything we needed. Mike was easy to work with. The property is not only newly renovated but stunning! If you’re looking for a spot surrounded by a lot of action it is not for you but rather a quiet residential neighborhood which was a perfect fit for us.

Very clean and cute rental. Close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. Grandparent lives in Bonita Bay so very convienient.
