The studio has diamond head view and Ala Wai canal view. You can enjoy all the amenities the hotel provided. There is full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, AC, coffee maker, rice cooker,TV, fan, lamps. Parking not included, but you can rent from the building or other building. Don’t expect much for this price. I came for a wedding and paid at least 100 USD less per a night than all my friends. Huge savings but just keep in mind it is very small unit and an old building. Perfectly adequate if you keep expectations reasonable.

Think twice about this one....
Don’t let the photos fool you, it does not look like that. First of all, I don’t know what kind of places these people who rated this rental as 4 or 5 stars... everything about this place screams ‘ghetto’. Let’s start with the fact that there are 2 adult sized towels for 2 adults staying 5 days. The blanket on the bed is a twin size, not queen (eventually found a questionable quilt hiding in the closet). The air conditioner was completely pooched, but to the hosts credit a brand new one was installed the same day we told her about it. The tv only gets 4 channels. There is no kitchen sink. The walls are dirty, with holes in them. Light fixtures have wires hanging out of the walls. Both the shower curtain and the room curtains (not blackout hotel type but all the sun comes in) are only being held by half of the clips because the other clips are broken. The laminate flooring is separated in numerous places. Just being in this room makes me want to have a shower. The final nail in the coffin is that there is no parking except for a $30/day parking run by the complex, parking on the street anywhere near is impossible. It is in a very convenient location as far as walking downtown. This review is not a reflection on the host, she was very easy to deal with.
