This house has an area of 75m2 is an old fisherman's house, composed of a living room, (35m2), with US kitchen (LV, microwave), a living / dining room overlooking a terrace trees with garden furniture. A real flowery patio atmosphere: ideal for a peaceful holiday in the heart of the summer city.
House renovated by architect and exterior restoration carried out at the end of 2016, new terrace.
A furnished courtyard is located at the back of the garden to isolate yourself at the time of the nap or for a moment of reading.
The garden is enclosed with fruit trees and vines (excellent grapes when ripe!).
For parking, all the surrounding streets are free and there are always places available.
Possibility of arriving directly from the station on foot ...

pleasant stay within a garden oasis
This is a location with atmosphere, a colourful design with good taste (there is an artist among the landlords), and the garden is like an oasis in an average living area. Appreciable is the close Arago market and the shops around it and with a bicycle it's also not too far to the beach. The hosts are very "amicable".

Séjour très agréable dans jolie maison de vacances
Nous avons passé un excellent moment aux sables d olonne tant par le charme de la ville et ses diverses activités, que par la très sympathique maison que nous n avons pu louer qu une semaine faute de congés supplémentaires. La maison offre l avantage d être ouverte sur un jardin clos joliment agencé très bien exposé avec deux terrasses dont une couverte. La maison est impeccable, très bien pensée et inondée de puits de lumière dans chaque pièces. La décoration est sobre et a la fois donne le ton des vacances au premier coup d oeil. Située dans un coin reculé de la rue nous avons profite du calme et la plage se trouve a dix minutes a pied. Petite anecdote mon fils a endommagé une vitre les propriétaires se sont montrés très compréhensifs ... A refaire sans hésitation

Cette maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle est extrêmement agréable à vivre, lumineuse et à proximité du centre à pied. L'accueil par Sabrina est parfait et les propriétaires à l'écoute. Encore merci
