Covid-19: to protect you, your family, and ourselves, we have implemented additional sanitizing /disinfecting steps to our regular housekeeping by following CDC's guideline of Cleaning and Disinfection for households, using approved disinfectants. We use 70% isopropyl and / or bleach to disinfect the place, including door handles, TV controls, surface of furnitures, floor, bathroom, kitchen, etc. All the bedding sheets are washed using hot / warm water. Blankets and pillows are sanitized using high heat of dryer. We maintain social distancing.

This guest place is in the lower floor, attached to the main house. The space has private entrance, including a large master suite and two other rooms for living room and storage, ~550 sf with a private entrance. There is a private deck outside of this place for you to enjoy the nature and / or watch deer / turkey passing by.

Parking: there is plenty of free private parking on the street in the front of the house. The parking is on the private lot of this property. So feel free to park your car any where in the front of the house (starting near the mailbox) except for the drive way. Hayward is centrally located in the Bay area, ideal for travelers, vacation, business and sports. This place is about 3 miles to Cal State East Bay, 2 miles to two Bart stations nearby, easy access to 580 and 880, and minutes walking to a bus stop, which is Line #95 of AC Transit. By Bus, it will take 10 - 15 minutes from the Bus Stop to Hayward Bart Station. It is about 20+ miles to San Jose /Silicon Valley and 20+ miles to San Francisco airport, and 10+ mile to Oracle Arena.
