Byrdies Beach House is perched atop the hillside just 500 feet back from high tide with a private road to Crook Point beach and sea kayaking adventures. This comfortable 2 King bed/2 bath custom built oceanfront home is beautifully designed with granite counter-tops and custom wood work throughout. The second family room is appointed with two bunk beds (full on bottom, full on top.)

Base Occupancy is 6 guests and the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note we have a guest fee of $10 +tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. We are pet friendly- so furry members of the family are welcome for a non-refundable "per dog" pet fee.

The northen-most home on the 3,000 acre historic family property @Crook Point in Pistol River, Oregon. With the 1 mile long beach just a short steep walk or drive down a trail (1/4 mile), your vacation here will provide for a wonderful family or group experience. The home is on a 80 acre parcel with amazing views, privacy and access to the beach leading to the Crook Point peninsula. Enjoy the nicely equipped kitchen to meet all your cooking needs, dining room seating for six, or relax on the large sectional couch with a beautiful granite gas fireplace. To the south of your home, there are only six homes along 13 miles of coast line. To the north, just one home along the next 10 miles of coast line. You cannot get more private than this!

Byrdies Beach House is a 2 bedroom/2 bath beautifully designed custom-built oceanfront home with a Port Orford cedar interior, red cedar shingle exterior, Anderson wood windows & French doors, and custom woodwork throughout. The large family room has lounge area with TV and Apple TV for streaming and can sleep and additional guests with the double bunk beds (full/twin configuration.)

Enjoy the granite kitchen with custom maple cabinets, two granite bathrooms, granite fireplace, multiple skylights, and hardwood maple and Italian tile floors throughout. Relax in the two large livings spaces including our large family room/bunk room. Bask above the ocean on the cedar deck, complete with an 8’ x 8’ Hot Spring spa. This home also includes full sets of linens (down comforters, sheets, and towels) and all cooking and dining utensils.
