NO WAKE ZONE RETREAT!!! Lake Front, Private Dock, Grand Lake

Get away in comfort and style at the NO WAKE ZONE RETREAT!!! No Wake Zone Retreat is a custom log cabin located in very popular Woodard Hollow on Grand Lake.

HOUSE DETAILS: The house has 3 bedrooms (plus a loft) and 2 baths with beautiful views of the lake from every level of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one King and one Queen bed), with a third bedroom in the basement (Queen bed). The loft has two built-in twin beds, as well as two full sized futons. There are TVs in all bedrooms, with WIFI enabled TVs in the living areas. The house has 100Mbps high speed internet for streaming whatever you like: movies, sporting events, or music.

COTTAGE: Our 900 SQFT cottage is an awesome hangout for the kids (AND ADULTS)!! Complete with A/C and heat, it boasts a Ping Pong table, Air Hockey table, WIFI, TV, Dart Gun Wall, Nerf Basketball, and don't forget CORNHOLE!!!. Larger families/groups can also take advantage of the 2 sets of twin bunk beds for sleeping!

OUTSIDE/YARD - At just under an acre, this property has plenty of room for the kids to run around. There is also ample space for parking cars and trailers. Near the cottage there is a large fire pit area perfect for an evening hangout and s'more roast!

OTHER: Guests will have full use of the golf cart to assist transport of people and coolers from the main living area of the house down to the boat dock ramp without having to climb stairs.

A great place for family
The property was great for my family. The house was very comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the game room was so much fun. Just a note there is not any nerf equipment as shown in the photos. There is however air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard , , pickleball, and video games. The game room also had 3 sets of twin beds that made it a real haven for the kids. I would have appreciated more communication from the owners (3 unanswered messages) but other than that the place was lovely.

It was a great time lots of space and things to do. Pickle ball court/basketball court was fun to do while being out of the water. The place was very clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite places to vacation so far.

GREAT lake house!
Very prompt responses from owners. The golf cart was a great amenity as was the ice machine! As mentioned in other reviews a 3rd bathroom would be nice at the cottage and possibly light for the bball court. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fun the the whole family
Hosts were helpful and responsive, answering all our questions beforehand. Property was as amazing as the pictures indicated. Kitchen was fully stocked. House had ample space, plenty of towels for our whole group. Plenty of hot water too. House was easy to get to. Great views, TV's for everyone. The games were great. Golf cart use was so great to get stuff to and from the dock. House is located in a calm water cove and even though it was a big hang out spot for all the boats, the water stayed calm. The views were amazing from everywhere. Would stay her again in a heartbeat.
