Welcome to ‘My Blue Heaven ‘ 𝟚𝟘𝟘 + positive 5 star reviews to date !!!! Gulf front,
2 bed ,2 bath located on the 15th floor out of 17 . Just a FYI -We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest buying travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations at the time you book . Also this condo sleeps 6 MAX including children . The best way to check this out is watch the video. It is the 2nd or third picture in. Click play and see if this is a good match for you.

We have managed this particular unit since 2013. This condo is very well-stocked compared to most rentals things that in most condos you have to bring with you this has . Beach towels , cleaning supplies the little things that matter . The object of this place is return rentals and when you come in here you will see why. This place has loads of repeat guests for a reason !

There is 2 pools below one of which is heated in the winter there's also an outdoor Jacuzzi on the ground floor level there is a public gym for condo guest use. This Condo is super popular because it is within walking distance of everything in the core of Pensacola beach you can walk to the restaurants and bars you take the elevator downstairs and within 3 to 4 minutes you are are putting your toes in the sand there's no roads to cross.

Fantastic Stay
The condo was exactly as described with stunning views of the beach. The property managers did an outstanding job communicating with us, getting us access and parking, and checking in on us to insure all was well. The condo is centrally located and within walking distance of most shops and restaurants on Pensacola Beach. It was one of the best times we have ever spent on vacation. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was great. Most well appointed condo I have ever rented. Everything but food was there. Was disappointed because the heated pool was not hot until the last day we where there. They did not turn the heaters on until after the cold snap and they didn't work and they didn't start working on them until the second day . The pool finally got warm after 4 days and then we had to leave.

Wonderful Time - Beautiful Place
Wow - This one is a winner! Views were outstanding. Location is perfect. Chairs and umbrella are included along with many other things you don't see with most VRBOs. This property is truly turnkey and is pristine to boot. Communication with Mary was easy. She is kind and informative along with being highly responsive. Thank you for a great stay. I'll be back!

The BEST stay we’ve ever had!!
I cannot say enough good things about the property owner! As soon as we booked, the owner Mary, was already reaching out and ready to help in any way she could! This place is seriously right on the beach which truly was heaven! It was super clean and came stocked with everything we could’ve needed! The best stay and we are super addicted now!

Spring Break Vacation
First and foremost this property was amazing! The ocean view from the 15th floor balcony was absolutely stunning! The condo was equipped with all the supplies needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Literally the only items we had to purchase was food. It was very clean when we arrived. It is very spacious and our family of 5 was easily accommodated. The pull out couch was great for our teenager while the two younger children slept in the spare room with the twin beds. This condo is located right on the beach as stated in the listing. Not only did our family enjoy the beach but the pool and hot tub were also wonderful. Mary, the host, is excellent. She is very communicative and gives clear concise instructions. She also offered some local activities and sites to visit during our stay. One of the places she recommended, Joe Patti’s, offered a great selection of seafood that our family enjoyed during our stay. Overall, this was an excellent spring break vacation for our children. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola. This is hands down one of the best vacation properties I’ve ever vacationed at!
