PROPERTY DETAILS
3 bdrm 2 bath rancher style home with everything you need to have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Easily accommodate 6 people in this 1350 sq ft home. There is a Ring doorbell which is used for security purposes. It only covers the front door entry way, The Large size backyard has a pool (NOT HEATED) , BBQ with large prep area, and a covered patio with patio furniture for either relaxing or entertaining! There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, plenty of pots and pans, plates, utensils, etc. Relax with cable TV after a busy day, wireless internet also available. King size bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom and 2 twin beds in third bedroom. Laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Your favorite relaxing spot will quickly become the home's sparkling private swimming pool, where you can enjoy leisurely swims and relax in the balmy Arizona sunshine.

LOCATION
You won't have to travel far to enjoy the many attractions that are nearby. Peoria stadium, home to the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres, is only 3 miles away. Surprise stadium, home to the KC Royals and Texas Rangers, is only 11 miles away. University of Phoenix Stadium where you can catch a Cardinals game or a concert is 12 miles away. The Westgate Entertainment District is across from the stadium and offers many different restaurants, nightlife, bars, NHL hockey, and a large movie theater.
Close to Costco and other grocery stores and local restaurants. In addition, this property is approximately 12 miles to Grand Canyon Univ., 35 miles from Scottsdale, 36 miles from Tempe and ASU, and about 2 hours from Sedona and Flagstaff. Whether you plan to spend the majority of your time lounging by the private pool, visiting all the local restaurants or attending spring training baseball games, this location can't be beat.

The house was beautiful. The back yard set up is perfect. With a bbq pit, firepit, and radio system with pool. That’s where we spent most of our time. Definitely would stay here again.

We chose this property because of it's location. Spring training stadiums, football, every amenity you would need minutes away, whether that be grocery, retail, restaurants, golf courses, or the zoo! We fell in love with the home the moment we saw the back yard. It's an amazing relaxing space with outdoor stereo, built in BBQ/kitchen and beautiful pool.
