Enclosed garden with terrace 150m2, blinds and garden furniture. Parking in front of house
On the ground floor: vast space: living room, kitchen equipped library opening onto the terrace through large windows. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons, bathroom, WC, utility room.
Upstairs large room in mezzanine with 1 bed 2 people and a single bed.

Kurze Wege zu Stränden und Küstenwanderweg
Ruhig gelegenes Haus, Parkplatz direkt davor, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und zum Wanderweg GR 34. Große geräumige Küche und Wohnzimmer, schöne große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Die nächste Bäckerei ist zwar fussläufig etwa 20 min entfernt, dies bot aber eine gute Gelegenheit für einen Strandspaziergang mit unserem Hund. In 10 min Fußweg erreicht man einen Carrefour City. Saint-Nazaire bietet mit seinen touristischen Angeboten auch bei schlechterem Wetter genügend Möglichkeiten seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. UBoot-Besichtigung, Ozeandampfermuseum und eine über 2 km lange Strandpromenade sind nur ein paar Beispiele. Man kann sich aussuchen, ob man in einer ruhigen Bucht, oder doch lieber am langgezogenen Sandstrand baden möchte. Für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stadtnähe und naturnah
Ruhig gelegen, Meer/Badestrand/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Wanderweg fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man/frau braucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einführung ins Haus mit Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. 1 Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen sowie Bad undToilette sind ebenerdig, also auch für (ältere) Personen geeignet ggfs. mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten 1 Etage höher auf der Galerie (offener Schlafbereich). Hundefreundliche Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.
