The property is wel positioned to visit the most important cities of Tuscany as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, the famous villages of Volterra and San Gimignano are only 40 Kms far away. The nearest (sand)beaches are around 35 kms from the property. The house is easily to reach if you arrive by airplane (the airport of Pisa is only at 34 Kms, while Florence's airport is 80 Kms far away). The villa lies in a very quiet position, it has a private garden and swimming pool with nice views on the surrounding hills. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. The closest town (with grocery store and restaurant) is at walking distance (around 1km) from the property. There is a shopping center at 4 kms. The house is suitable for 6-8 persons. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds (it is possible to add a folding bed, suitable for a child, in one of the bedrooms). All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Baby cot available on request. On the ground floor there is a living room (with a double sofa bed) and a well equpped kitchen. Outdoor you will find a big porch equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue to cook. The pool is 9 by 4 meter and the depth is of 1,10 meter. The pool area has a large gazebo and it's equipped with sun loungers. The house has all the most common household appliances (DVD player, stereo/CD player, air conditioning in the whole house, Wi-fi internet connection, American coffee machine, squeezer, mixer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, TV and SKY pay TV, hairdryers). Near the house there are 2 covered parking places.

Nearest golf clubs (all at around 30-40 minutes driving): Cosmopolitan golf & Tirrenia Golf Club (18 and 9 holes, both near Pisa and Sea), Golf Club Castelfalfi (18 hole, near San Vivaldo), Golf Club Bellosguardo Vinci (9 holes, near Empoli) The Poggio de' Medici golf club (18 hole, near Florence) is at 1h30 driving and the golf club Le Pavoniere golf (18 hole, near Prato) is at 1h10.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen um haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt alleine auf einem Hügel und man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus dürfte für tiefer gelegte Autos schwierig werden, ist aber mit jedem anderen Auto gut zu schaffen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns gute Dienste geleistet, wir fanden sie besonders leise. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight des Hauses, dort haben wir schöne Stunden verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Die "Haus"-Katze, die sich dort im Außenbereich aufhält und die wir gefüttert haben, ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Das Haut hat auch eine sehr gute Lage, es ist nicht weit von Pisa, Livorno, Volterra und San Gimignano entfernt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht, Garten und Pool
Das Ferienhaus steht in einer schönen Landschaft, mit den beiden Terrassen hat man immer Schatten und kann die Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel geniessen. Ideal für Familie! Zudem kann man in alle Richtungen tolle Ausflüge in die Städte der Toskana unternehmen. Herrlicher Urlaubsort!

Erholsame und schöne Ferien in der Toskana
Das Haus ist in einem sehr tollem Zustand. Auch die Umgebung mit dem Garten und dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Abends konten wir sogar Rehe beobachten, welche vom Haus gegenüber über die Wiese rannten. Ein sehr ländlicher und friedlicher Ort! Der Service liess keine Wünsche übrig. Es war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und in der Ferienmitte (nach einer Woche), wurden unsere Betten frisch bezogen, es gab frische Hand- und Duschtücher sowie wurde auch eine Reinigung vorgenommen. Herr Antonelli war sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Wochen!
