The Palms is within walking distance of many good and fun restaurants. They include Landry's Seafood, Joe's Crab Shack, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters. Wal-Mart and a shopping center are right next door.

This is a true vacation experience! The Palms of Destin is an exceptional resort that offers many amenities. Whether you want to relax at the phenomenal lagoon pool, go to the BEST BEACHES in the world, go shopping, sailing, dining, fishing--you get the picture, The Palms is close to everything and has great access to the rest of Destin. The parking garage is a big plus as it keeps you car out of the sun.

Our unit is a 12th floor penthouse unit (no chair noise from above) and it has awesome sunset views right from the unit. The unit is a Junior 2 bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle to accommodate two guests. Another bedding option is the queen pull-out sofa in the living room. You will also find flat screen televisions in the living area and bedrooms. This condominium has all of the comforts of home and we know you will be pleased with The Palms of Destin. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Beautiful property, well maintained and comfortable unit located on the 12th floor (out of 12) in the west tower of the Palms at Destin. King bed in master, trundle bed (ideal for children or teenagers perhaps) in second bedroom area. 2 full bath, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, covered balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Destin skyline, and Destin Executive Airport. Two pools (1 heated) and a hot tub. Very nice restaurant, huge gym, and covered parking on site, Walmart 5 minutes away. Smart TV in LR allows use of streaming apps. Excellent communication and very quick followup by owner regarding any issues or questions. Stayed 2 weeks and very much enjoyed it.

Best condo with a view
We love coming back to this resort of the convenience of everything. Pools on the property are amazing, walking distance to the beach and may great restaurants. And walmart is right next door for anything youve forgotten.

The property was directly across the street from the beach about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The locate was great with Walmart next door and a family attraction next door as well. Two restaurants are both within walking distance.

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay, Jack is a great host and answered all our question in a timely manner. The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the beach and beautiful views of evening sunsets. Would definitely stay again!!
