This lovely winterized 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath cottage brand new built 2022 is perfectly appointed for a simple get away from the world around you... with cozy gas fireplace and heat in the winter along with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the summers, you can escape the busy city lifestyle and just enjoy a simplistic lifestyle. Retreat and refuel yourself and your family by removing all the modern busy diversions and simply share time together ... enjoy a romantic morning or evening with beautiful walk on the beach, collect beautiful blue and green seaglass as well as all types of shells, or simply play in the cool waters of the ocean with your children. All accessible to you right out the front door.

Incredible 74” TV with beautiful gas fireplace to enjoy a movie/ game. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals. There are fabulous seafood restaurants and activities including historic Plymouth to enjoy within a 10 -30 minute drive! Our favorite restaurant being Fisherman's View on Cape Cod Canal. Make the week away however you wish!!!

Great ocean vacation
The house was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed walks on the beach, sunrises and sunsets and the sound of the ocean. The beds were all comfortable- especially the master. The owners were responsive to our questions and the house contained everything we needed. The only bummer was the propane was empty in the fire pit and close to empty in the grill leaving us to scramble on our first day at the house.

Gorgeous home
When you first walk into the home you are immediately taken aback by it’s beauty and the amazing views of the ocean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. This home is stocked with everything you need. The beach is literally steps away and is quiet and peaceful. The surf was generally calm which is great because I have 2 young children. The owner sent us very helpful info on recommended restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property!

Trish and Tom have been married for 25 years with 3 children, now 20, and identical twins 14 years old. We are looking forward to making all kinds of new memories together as a family. Picking up shells and sea glass, frisbee and football on the beach, boat rides and fishing with family, BBQ's and singing around the piano at nights. So many options to enjoy on our new beautiful piece of Paradise! We hope your family gets to make some amazing memories for yourself's!!!

Why they chose this property

Tom's grandfather owned a family home on Manomet Bluffs, so he grew up enjoying his summers vacations at the bluffs visiting many of his cousins. Multiple family reunions and Years of summer beach escapes lead Tom to purchase this adorable cottage when it came available the summer of 2017. WE hope your family finds the same enjoyable beach fun and creates all the fabulous memories that he has enjoyed!

What makes this property unique

WE fell in love with the sunrises and the peaceful walks on the beach. Take a fishing pole and a towel to the beach and catch a few rays and dinner. The large yard makes plenty of room for out door games, like Croquet, or badmitton. A family BBQ in the evening, a deck of cards and a piano for singing around, makes for old fashioned family fun. Although the house does have WIFI, Leave the electronics at home and come out for an escape from the big city.
