WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN GRAND CANAL DOCK. OUR LOCATION IS ON LAD LANE, OFF OF BAGGOT STREET.
This is a brand new two bedroom apartment. Built on the ground floor of a much loved and luxurious property in a very cool location in Dublin. It is an oasis of calm but when you step outside you are in the centre of everything. It is a wonderful location from which to explore Dublin at day and at night. I bought this mews 19 years ago. It has been recently refurbished and done to a standard of luxury throughout. The two story mews building comprises of two apartments. This apartment has two bedrooms and has great outdoor space. The apartment is 850 square feet and has a large open plan living and and dining/kitchen area. There are two bedrooms with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. There are two shower rooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite. The beds are very high quality. There is WiFi throughout the apartment.

The apartment has the original stone walls and has lots of character and is very cosy. The location is right in the centre of Georgian Dublin. It is a strictly no smoking property but smoking is permitted outside. We are interested in renting to mature, responsible people who will respect our property and be considerate of other guests. The apartment has limited wheelchair access. The doors are 900 mm wide. Please enquire for further details.

Prefect location
This property was great for two couples. We were 15 minutes away from all our tour pick ups. You could walk out the back gate and be a fantastic pub or restaurants within minutes. Highly recommend this house. The beds are very comfortable, lovely sitting room and well equipped kitchen.

Look no further!
We couldn't have dreamt up a more ideal home away from home for our time in Dublin. The location was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute walk to Merrion Square with loads of cafes and pubs along the way for a quick bite. With a 5 and 3.5 year old in tow, this proved to be our daily agenda, the playground at Merrion square, and the park as a whole, simply lovely... our kids asked to go back at least twice a day and with the convenient location to Chez Jay we were happy to be able to feel at home and a part of Dublin while they played. Elizabeth was a constant source of information and couldn't have been more welcoming! She went above and beyond to help us with checking in, going out of her way to assist and share recommendations with our young kiddos in mind. She was a delight! And the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos - very well appointed, clean, comfortable and the courtyard was an added bonus - great little extra outdoor space for our kids to spread out. Outside of our twice daily trips to Merrion Square, we walked or took a very short bus ride (also very easy to navigate) to all corners of the city. There is no other place in town I would rather stay. We can't wait to return!

Dublin Girls' Trip
We had a group of 3 of us (age 50-55) traveling to Dublin from a Thurs. AM to Monday AM the weekend before St. Patrick's Day. Chez Jay was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! One of the women in our party is from Dublin originally and knew that our location would be ideal. Boy was it! We could walk pretty much everywhere. It is just steps off of Baggot Street and only about a 10 min. walk to Grafton St. and all the shopping/restaurants, etc. The unit is perfectly appointed with all that you would need for your stay. The furniture and artwork are most tastefully done (and our party was made up of two stagers and a realtor!). The closet space is great. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and clean with ample towels for all of us. For what we felt was a small fee, we were able to have an early check-in after landing at 5a and go straight to our unit for a quick nap before setting out for the day. This was ideal and we were grateful to have it. Elizabeth greeted us on our first morning to give us a rundown of heating, locking up, etc. We were also greeted with a beautiful bottle of red wine to enjoy during our stay. Elizabeth was reachable the entirety of our stay if/as needed. She was delightful and friendly to work with. We will DEFINITELY be back. It would be great for larger parties too as you could take both the upstairs and downstairs units together giving you 5-bedrooms total.
