This two-level home sits on the east side of California Highway 1, across the street from the Sea Ranch Golf Links and within sight of the ocean on a clear day. Spend the morning whale watching at Gualala Point one mile west; enjoy the heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and saunas at the Del Mar Recreation Center one mile south; and explore the shops, markets, and galleries in downtown Gualala two miles north.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
