Family-Friendly Cottage on Lake Simcoe with Private Shared Beach Access

A beautiful, charming, year-round cottage located at the southern tip of Lake Simcoe (Cook's Bay). Get away from the busy city life and relax in our comfortable, family (and pet) friendly cottage.

Our cottage is located within a private community just 45 minutes north of Toronto with many shared amenities including, private shared beach, playground, beach volleyball court and docks in the summer.

There are endless possibilities to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. Go hiking, fishing and swimming. We are also in close proximity to golf courses and mini-put, Sibbald's Point Provincial Park, a retro movie theatre and bars and restaurants.

In the winter, enjoy a popular ice fishing spot with easy access to the lake. Cook's Bay, a shallower area of the lake, is known for Perch fishing.

Our cottage is a cozy, comfortable space with lots to offer:

Cute cottage
This property is perfect for all families. This cute cottage is fully stocked for a family holiday. It is very clean, comfortable and homey. I recommend this cottage. We stay here every time we travel to Ontario.

Perfect private getaway
I went with some friends and my 3 year old. There was a park by the beach and right outside. The place had very vintage vibes. Over all our stay was lovely.
