Mountain Escape 5 Minutes to Ski Resort

A 2,700 square foot modern well stocked home with incredible views of Windham mountain. Ski Windham is only 1.5 miles away which makes it ideal for snowbound getaways. The main town of Windham is a quick 3 minute drive down the road where there is plenty of dining and shopping options.

The wood burning stove in the main living room provides a warm and cozy atmosphere to unwind with firewood provided free in the basement. An outside wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs is fantastic for s’mores, blankets and stargazing. There is ample parking and the driveway is plowed before guests arrive. All rooms have a television and access to Wi-Fi. An unfinished basement houses a ping pong, foosball, and pool table. The house has everything needed to make it your home for a long or short getaway.

If winter activities aren’t your thing, there is plenty to do all year round in the Catskills. In the spring, summer, and fall amazing activities are nearby to explore. From Zip Lining at hunter mountain to dipping your feet in a babbling brook, the area has every type of outdoor escape available.

Great stay in Windham
Just as advertised. Perfect location to the mountain and town. Great views of the mountain. Cozy and well stocked. Robin and Glenn were excellent hosts. Would book again!

Amazing family weekend
We love this space and returned this year for another weekend; even extending another night from last year. Everything you could need is stocked in the house, the location to the mountain is unbeatable, and it’s so cozy! We love sitting around the table for dinner which seats 8 easily! We bbqed, made s’mores around the fire pit, and had a competitive game night! We can’t wait to return for round 3!

Amazing 2nd stay!
We came back with our family again this year to hit the slopes at Windam and had another very enjoyable stay at Glenn and Robin's home. The house is so close to the mountain and truly has everything you need. It's the best spot for a family to stay!

1.5 miles from our driveway to the base lodge at Ski Windham.
Best view of the mountain in all of Mitchell Hollow! My Grandfather purchased this property in the sixties because it reminded him so much of his home in Norway.

What makes this property unique

Cozy, warm, very close to the slopes, wi-fi, tv's in every room, all kitchenware including all paper products such as plates, cups, paper towels, weber gas grill deck and ski racks in the basement with ground level walk through door to basement.
