Wonderful Property on the Bay
Very comfortable property with plenty of space for a family of four large humans. We didn't even use all the bedrooms and there was enough space to not be tripping over each other while also being able to spend time together when desired. Clean, modern, and well maintained. Some nice views and easy access to a walk around the bay. Nice location with good restaurant options and things to do given Newport is 30 min to the north and Yachats is 30 min to the south. But its also a nice place to just hang out and relax if you'd rather not venture out.
A few FYIs to share. Much of the time, the tide was low and so there was little water to gaze at. You won't be hearing the ocean waves if that's what you are after. The internet can be temperamental at times.
Having stayed in many rental properties on the coast, I can say that the check-in, check-out, property access, information sharing, and communication and customer support are all top notch! I will be using this company's properties again on future trips.
