Nice stay for 2 couples.
Good location with lots of places to visit not too far away. Local Palladium restaurant very good. Great to have a nice pool. Listing mentions Internet and Air Conditioning but owner reluctant to give access to internet saying it was unreliable and would cost extra. Aircon also charged extra which was a surprise. These extra charges are small in comparison to rental charge and I suggest the owner waives these in future - for better customer relations.

Great property in Guia.
We found the house absolutely spotless and it had everything you would need. Lovely gardens and pool. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the shops and restaurants. Just 10minutes drive from Albufeira and beside Zoo marine. Joachim was a lovely friendly host.
