3BR Gulf Crest End Unit!!!! Sleeps 10!! Includes Beach Chairs!

Stunning views will be yours as soon as you enter this 16th floor Gulf Crest condo. It has windows all he way around the condo with ocean views.

This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with a balcony that wraps around the entire unit. Not many 3 bedrooms in Panama City Beach have a balcony this big. This unit is on the west end of the building so the sunset views are incredible.

The master bedroom is located directly overlooking the water and does have access to the balcony. It has a king size bed and has stunning views of the ocean.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed in it and has balcony access also.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.

All bedrooms have balcony access and all bedrooms have tvs.

There is a twin size bunkbed nook in the main area.

The living room has a sleeper sofa that can make into a bed.

The Gulf Crest complex is located on Thomas Drive close to numerous restaurants and attractions. It is near St. Andrews is nearby at Captain Andersons Marina.

*December January and February Snowbird Specials Pets are OK for monthly rentals.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful.The location and view were beautiful. Few hiccups :All the patio furniture was inside the house and we had to move it to the patio. The wash machine was very stinky and musty. The master bedsheets were not changed and were sandy and dirty but we washed them and it was good. Last the ice machine barely worked. However even with this the vacation was absolutely wonderful and we would still come back.

Perfect location
My family of six stayed here and the condo had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The condo is close to Publix baseball fields. We are planning on coming back next New Year.

This condo was filthy there was hair in the tub cabinets doors were falling off. Shower door was broken, couldn’t handle ion the balcony door living room side like the door was stuck. Floors were dirty, couch seem on left side was filthy. Was not impressed at all!

Nice vacation spot
When we arrived a repairman can in behind us to fix the dishwasher. There were plenty of dished/silverware and even a crockpot in the room. There was sleep space for 10, but only LR seating for 5. There were strong winds on the first night blowing off the gulf. The LR slider didn't properly close and made a really loud whirring/roar with the wind. We ended up opening the door about an inch and the noise stopped. The door is not seated well in the track. Overall the beds were comfortable and the condo was suited our needs well. Would rent this until again.
