We purchased this home in August of 2017 and have updated both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, and living room! It looks great and is ideal for 2 couples or a family. The house was lovely and cosy. It was filled tastefully with the holiday spirit and treats for the kids and adults alike. The beds and couches were soooo comfy and the basement was a great place for my son to commandeer his own TV. It was close enough to drive to all the festivities in Frankenmuth. There were brochures to connect us to events and shopping. We had a great time!

Viola’s Place
The is was my first time using VRBO and I couldn’t be happier. This beautiful home was equipped with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could have possibly needed. Clean, comfortable and bright…it is minutes from all of the stores and the Bavarian Inn which is where our event was. We were so comfy, we didn’t want to leave! Great home and a great stay!

Anniversary Getaway
Cute, clean and close to all we wanted to see and do. To our surprise we arrived to a beautiful and delicious “Happy Anniversary” cake from Zehnder’s Bakery. Perfect place for our long weekend visit to Frankenmuth!

Snowfest
The home was lovely and the owners were very accommodating. We were there for Snowfest 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, skillets, plates, kuerig and regular coffee maker. Hope to return again sometime.

We live in the home next to this rental. My husband and I take pride in making it look great and we want our guests 100% satisfied with their stay in own town and in Viola's Place! We will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

Why they chose this property

Our neighbor of 20 years (Viola) moved out in July of 2017 and we purchased this home with the idea of making it a vacation rental in our town. There is always something going on in Frankenmuth and people who want something different than a hotel, who want a place of their own, within walking distance of places in town, with great comfort and at a great price need look no further!

What makes this property unique

The main floor is all new. New flooring, new appliances, new stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings, and in a great quiet location. New patio off the back of the house with a propane fire pit and patio chairs mid-June 2018. Another side perk is that you can use the one car garage for your vehicle when you stay with us. You can see Main St. from this home and it is in walking distance of all the major events in town. Viola's Place is perfect for a family of 4-6 or those in town for a wedding weekend!
