Great house well equipped not on the water
The house was excellent, with lots of gear. Photos appeared to be on the water but it isn’t. Not as quaint as Rehoboth and no walkable town. The owner very helpful and the house bright and spacious.

Nice house to rent
My family rented this house and it was amazing. Great location. Lower floor has a bedroom and a game room with pool table, games, etc. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with nice size kitchen and dining room and living room with an outside deck that wraps around the house. Garage has plenty of bikes, beach chairs, wagon to pull everything, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. It has everything. It's a nice place to stay and Brett was amazing with answering my questions right away. We had a nice vacation.

Family beach week 2022
Our family beach week this year was fantastic. Weather was beautiful. Great time with family on the beach each day. Lots of fun with family activities. Enjoyed Justine’s ice cream almost every night. Culminating event was beach fire with s’mores (permit required) and pontoon ride for everyone. Our beach rental had lots of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Garage had lots of bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles, and such. Owner was great to work with!

Well appointed house
The house is very large on two levels. We housed two families and had lots of space to spread out. Each family with our own living room. This house has everything that you could possibly need for a beach house. The multiple bikes were a big hit with the teenagers of our group. I am not sure how many bikes are there but at least 7 of them. There were boogies boards, many beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler etc. Don't pack it. This house has it. I overpacked of course. There were also more beds are the lower level than really listed. It was amazing for a big family. There were two grills. The upper deck is amazing. No water view but so large and accommodating with chairs, tables, chair pads, umbrellas etc. Thanks Brett.
