If you're looking for a nice peaceful getaway this house is it! Located in a park like setting with lots of shade trees and grass, in friendly neighborhood. This house is for the guest that wants to enjoy the lake and watch the sunset from the private patio or watch the boats go by from the upper-level boat dock. Please no loud parties and music! NO PETS are permitted on property! Home is equipped with a camera overlooking front entry at front door.
Beautiful waterfront large home, sleeps 14 on water with boat dock/lift that will hold up to a 24' boat and dual jet ski docks. Featuring 4-bedrooms 3-baths, 2 story home on the water in Horseshoe Bay. Beautiful, bright, open floor plan. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and new appliances (refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, stand-alone ice maker, 2 drip coffee makers). Wi-Fi and Sonos stereo system with speakers inside and out. Exit the spacious living room to find a wonderful deck with an optional boat lift, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sink and mini fridge, and even an outdoor shower! The master bedroom, as well as the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located downstairs. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs with two sets of double bunk beds, with stairs to access the top bunks, TV sitting area, large full bath and private balcony overlooking the lake. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, extra pillows, and are equipped with TVs with DirectTV. This is a perfect retreat for your family.

This home comes equipped with all the necessities. Your bath and bed linens are provided, and the kitchen comes equipped with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, blender, coffee maker and a starter supply of hand and dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent.
Horseshoe Bay has something for everyone! The easy access to the lake provides a convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and other water sports. Is golf your game of choice? If so, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius. This home is a great home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With abundant opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops. Explore caverns, hike, and bike the numerous state parks nearby, or simply grab some of the legendary pie at the famous Bluebonnet Café. If you like live music, you won't be disappointed with the choice of nightlife in eclectic downtown Marble Falls. Austin, the live music capital of the world, is only 45 minutes away!
