Above the coconut palms that line the ocean front you will enjoy magnificent ocean and mountain views from the large canopy covered lanai. Stroll along a quiet road to Kamaole I Beach Park for a day in the sun – don't miss the sunsets! Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Kihei Alii Kai D402 has some of the best rates on a 2 bedroom ocean view unit.

Living Room: Sit back and relax in this exquisite room on the comfortable sofa or armchair. The living room spaciously includes the dining area and stairwell, which leads to the upstairs loft. The tall ceiling with wooden beams and the tasteful decor make this room feel spacious and unique. Enjoy your flat screen television and downtime during your stay.

Kitchen: This all-white, kitchen includes a bar with adjoining stools, which creates a more spacious environment. It is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space for your dry food. You will have all of the luxuries of home with this fully stocked and incredibly manicured kitchen.

Master Bedroom: Arguably one of the best looking bedrooms on the island. This room features a King size bed, beautiful vaulted ceilings and elegant decor. You will have plenty of room for your things in this large dresser, end tables, and closet. You also have the convenience of a washer and dryer in your property!

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom, comprising the upstairs loft, features both a Queen and Twin size bed. With comfortable arm chairs and a writing desk. This bedroom affords a relaxing atmosphere for your downtime during your stay.

Lanai: Sit out at the lanai and enjoy incredible views of the ocean and island, all from the comfort of your home away from home. The scenic view from the lanai can be easily enjoyed from the living room as well.

Great Location, Great Condo
This is the fourth time to Maui and our third time on the Kihei Alii Kai condo complex because it’s our favourite place to stay in Maui! The condo is in a location, walking distance to many South Kihei shops and restaurants, and Kameole I, II and III beaches. The condo itself was clean, was well-stocked, and the views from the Lanai are hard to beat! We were travelling with kids and did find that the condo didn’t have much in the way of beach gear (especially for kids) but there are two rental shops within walking distance and it wasn’t enough to detract from our vacation experience! The host, AA Oceanfront Rentals were very helpful, responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Awesome place with plenty of room tough to sleep at times because of the small a/c unit but was tired enough to get it done lots of recreational items that helped make the stay great

A perfect unit to accommodate family of five
This condo worked out great for our family. Bit of a walk from the parking lot, but we adjusted and felt that it was not bad at all. When we arrived, the unit was very hot, but the air conditioner does work. And it does cool the entire unit eventually. The property had everything we needed, and the space was great. Fabulous view. The location in Kihei was also fantastic, we could walk to about everything we needed. Excellent starting point to explore all of Maui.

Paradise in Maui
Well located, easy walking, close to beaches and parks. the only downside was I was expecting 2 bathrooms but we managed with what we had. Hope we get the opportunity to stay again!

Great place and fantastic location
We vacation rent properties ourself so keep that in mind when reading our review. This was our second time staying at this property, the first being about 10 years ago. This experience was great and would stay here again, however there were some things that could improve. There were a lack of basic necessities; food storage containers, zip lock bags, basic condiments, and laundry detergent to name a few. Other than that the property was in need of a deep clean. Another thing we recommend is that the owners put some money into the unit because not much has changed in 10 years and the carpet is really worn out. Overall still a positive experience. Property management company was great!
