There is always the back patio where you can find solitude in our newly designed private, fenced-in backyard by an award winning landscaper. Enjoy the birds and the trees as well as a fire, outdoor dining and lounging. Our simple and artistic cozy bungalow was built in 1936 by Dr. Henry Cooke and recently renovated with open floor plan that invites conversation, connectedness or a quiet retreat. Historic Downtown Franklin is only a 10-minute walk and offers scrumptious local restaurants and adorable little shops, plus incredible home-town events. To upgrade your experience, we are able to provide prepared, farm fresh organic meals (on Sundays), stock the fridge and pantry with what you need and have your coffee options prepared to your preferences for a fee. Pets are welcome! There is a $100 pet fee for the first pet. If you would like to bring more than one pet, please let us know the details and if it works within our policies, there will be an additional $100 fee per pet per stay.
