Spacious, airy, and peaceful, this solid pine-interior ranch house is a unique get away. Located on 5 acres, it's close to family - friendly activities such as Disney and Universal (30 minutes.) Wekiva Springs and 'Rock Springs state parks are 5 minutes away, beaches 55 min. Venture to historic near-by Mt. Dora and other areas for fun dining atmospheres. Kid friendly; also a great option for couples and groups.

Apartment is available for groups booking 9 or more.
Additional Fees: 10.00 per night per guest after 8 guest.
Pet Fee: $25 (prior arrangements)
There are beds for 12 in the main house and 3 in the attached apartment for a total of 15.

Pack n play and infant bassinets are kept in front right closet.

Pool & Yard:
Our pool is not heated. There is not a jacuzzi, But it does have a smaller pool with jets.
Cabana half bath does not have A/C or heat.
Large parking slab available for trucks with trailers.
We have several property care takers, They will drop in from time to time to check on the property. There are no caretakers that live on property.
This home has a very large great room and Very large 80” flat screen TV. The Jack and Jill bedrooms open into the great room. The other two main bedrooms are behind the kitchen area on the opposite side of the house.
Coffee Bar: with Coffee, creamer, assorted teas, and sweeteners.
Some Condiments provided.
Reverse Osmosis water tap at kitchen sink.
For Small Events:
~ please send the details of your event. Type of event, number of guest attending, time of event and I will send you terms agreed upon.
~$500 minimum facility fee.
~We provide tables and chairs for 50 guest.
~Indoor setting 50. This requires moving furniture to the sides of the room and putting it back after event.
Outdoor venue 80 - 100 guest.
Catering allowed.
Requirements:
~Provide your own parking attendant.
~Bag and remove all of your trash. Our city services do not provide for large volume trash removal.
~Sign agreement of terms contract 60 days before event.
~ ~No parties or events without prior authorization.
(Only the number of guest are allowed on the property that you listed with your reservation. If you hold an event without prior authorization you would be subject to instant cancellation and removal from the property)
~Small dinner parties are allowed for a facility fee that is
