Former farmhouse built by our great-grandfather in 1911, located 300m from the picturesque village of Kerhinet (local produce market every Thursday in summer, Inn ...), on the GR39 from Mont Saint-Michel to Guérande, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park a few kilometers from La Baule, Guerande, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer, Le Croisic, La Turballe and Piriac sur Mer. 1.5 km from all amenities. Large living room of 50m2. Large garden. Free WIFI.
Cottage consisting of two adjoining cottages. Possibility to independently rent the 6-person gîte or the 4-person gîte, these two gîtes having been classified 3 stars in 2019 by the Loire-Atlantique Gites de France. Ideal for 2 or 3 families. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille au cœur de la Brière
Maison confortable, agréable à vivre, spacieuse avec un grand jardin pour les enfants. En tout point conforme au descriptif avec un accueil fort aimable de Mme Bouilland , disponible et avenante. Et ses fils, non moins sympathiques et serviables. Merci. Nous reviendrons !
