1000+ sf with balcony overlooking the ocean and one of three pools located on the complex. Gated community with game room, fitness room and tennis court. Condo includes a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, standard size sleeper sofa, and two full baths. Kitchen features new cabinetry and granite countertops. Bed linens & bath towels are not included unless requested, but can be provided for an additional charge.

Awesome Vacation!!
We enjoyed the stay. It was close to many activities. The pool was nice for my child when he tired of the beach.

Great place, very roomy!
Great place to stay. We have never stayed at summer winds and we’re very impressed. The security was actively checking cars, and were around the pools etc. the pools were cleaned, and this condo is in a great location. We could see our grandson in the pool from the patio and also a great view of the beach. perfect birthday for my grandson and the condo was very spacious and clean. We would definitely rent again!

Decompression getaway
Property was perfect for a quick decompression getaway. The unit had a beautiful view, it was spacious and safe. Will rent again in the future

Condo not as expected
Check in was very unpleasant due to lack of communication between property manager and HOA Office. It took over an hour to get in to the condo. The door to the balcony was very difficult to shut, there was a water leak under the kitchen sink, could not locate remote for TV in bedroom, furniture old and dirty. We still managed to have fun. It was our 2nd trip to Indian Beach this year. We loved the condo at the same location back in June.
