Rent both sides to have use of entire building for family and friends!

2 rentals available -3 bedrooms, (sleeps 7), 3 baths, 3 car parking, tandem garage for 2 vehicles in Hampton Beach's exclusive Island Section.

Garage door, 8' x 7'. Length is conservative at 38'.

Check in is Saturday at 2 pm and check out is the following Saturday at 9 am.

Located steps from ocean!
Main Bedroom has a King bed, and its own en suite bath with shower and private deck. One bedroom has a Queen bed and other a Full size bed. Living room is spacious with pull out queen sleeper sofa.

Hardwood floors throughout and granite countertops. Condos have central air, 2 decks; each off living rooms and master bedrooms, both with ocean views.

Parking for 3 cars for each townhouse. Each unit has a 2 car tandem garage under and a compact car can park in front of each garage.

Common areas have 2 gas grills, 2 picnic tables and an outdoor shower

Soft sandy beach is literally STEPS away; and close to Hampton Beach State Park. Laundromat and a convenience/gas store are located across the street for all your needs.

As Advertised
Listing is accurate. Clean, open, spacious. Easy walk to the beach a few hundred yards down the dead end street. We recommend watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the beach near the house. Avoid the crowds. Very convenient. 10 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Garage parking is very unusual at the beach, but handy. Balcony was great for evening relaxing. Owners are around and checked to make sure everything was OK. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Our only recommendation is sunblocking curtains as the sun really comes into the bedrooms early each morning. Would be great to have a washer/dryer I. The unit but we understand why there isn’t. Overall great week at the beach with grandkids.

Hampton Beach Vacation
We had a relaxing week of vacation at the beach. This townhouse is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and also an easy walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Beach stay
We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We loved the proximity to the beach and the walking distance to the boardwalk area while maintaining a peaceful quiet atmosphere by the townhouse. Our only disappointment was not knowing we needed to provide our own beach chairs.
