Beautiful apartment, quiet and bright, in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo and Santa Croce.

Apartment of about 65 meters, bright and quiet, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen located in a large living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower.

The apartment has been completely restored, the floors are made of wood and have all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, LCD TV, cable and wifi Internet connection, air conditioning, heating, safe, full optional kitchen, supply of linen for the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom.

The internal distribution is such as to guarantee the privacy of all guests and is suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.

Wonderful week in Florence
The house was very clean and the location was great. Elisabetta was a wonderful host to us, her husband helped us with our luggage upstairs. The only thing negative I can mention are the 3 flights of stairs. Just be mindful of that if one is not in good physical condition. Overall we had a wonderful time in Elisabetta apartment.

Absolutely Perfect
What an incredible stay! Everything was amazing from the start of the booking process to the end. Elisabetta was always available to answer questions. She and her husband met us upon arrival. There were so many personal touches that it is obvious why she is a super host - the greeting, helping with the luggage, the welcome basket, the time taken to explain the apartment details. The apartment itself is charming and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. Close enough to the main attractions yet far enough to enjoy some quiet time. Will definitely stay here again. Fabulous Apartment and Host!!!
During our travels this has to be one of our favorite apartments. Not only was the apartment exceptional but as a host Elisabetta went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She met us upon arrival in Florence at the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcoming package of wine, pasta, sweets, water and more. The apartment was spacious, bright, extremely clean, well stocked and with updated furnishings. It is also perfectly located in the center of it all. Thank you Elisabetta for taking care of minimizing scented products prior to our arrival. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we return to Florence.

A great apartment
This is the fifth time I’ve stayed in this apartment. I love the location, so close to all important sites in Florence. The owner, Elisabetta, is wonderful. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, although prospective renters need to know it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I enjoy the exercise, but the hike up the stairs might not be for everybody.
