This 2 BR 2 BA end unit, feels much larger than the other units in the building and its location insulates you from hallway noise.
It features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those nights you want to eat in. You'll enjoy TV's in every room, a DVD player, wireless internet and a washer & dryer. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Great place to stay
We had a great time. This propery is clean and well maintained. This is the second time we stayed here and plan to stay in this condo again. It is apparent that attention to detail is important. It is close to a lot of attractions and a short drive to the inlet and boardwalk.

Awesome stay in Ocean City for Thanksgiving
