New Cozy 2 Bedroom -1 Bath Ranch House

Wait no longer! A PRIVATE viewing of Elk, Deer and Turkeys in a surreal setting. Our ranch house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and is very quaint and cozy! It is nestled in an aspen tree grove on a private ranch. Our elevation is about 7500 ft. in the mountains, making the cooler air a real treat after a full day of hiking in the National Parks. This ranch is the heart of where the deer and elk make their summer home. This little piece of heaven is an absolute must for the person looking for an amazing experience and not just a place to lay your head. It is an excursion all in itself! This is the perfect place to escape from the world and enjoy nature! The Ranch House now has WIFI!! Cell phone service is very spotty. You will enjoy a scenic 1 mile drive on a graded dirt road to the ranch house. The view from the porch is unlimited!! Our ranch house is a unique opportunity to view wildlife up close, but it is absolutely necessary to keep the noise to a minimum to get that experience. You will view elk, turkey and deer on the front lawn. There is an outdoor cooking area with a charcoal bbq grills and picnic table. The area is covered with a aspen log pergola with a hot tub and the view of wildlife in the meadow for a great outdoor dining experience. A place like no other!

Absolutely no pets and no smoking!!!!

Our ranch house is centrally located between Zion, Bryce and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Enjoy the amazing scenery and famous hiking trails. Aspen Mirror Lake, Navajo Lake and Panguitch Lake are within minutes of the ranch house along with several excellent fly-fishing streams/rivers. There are over 500 miles of atv trails. During the summer, enjoy the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife.

This cozy, quaint ranch house is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. There is satellite TV/DVD for your convenience. There is a queen size bed in bedroom 1 and a queen size bed in bedroom 2. For sure, this is a great home base for your Southern Utah Vacation. Just minutes away you'll enjoy visiting the national parks, taking in a fishing day, ATV or horseback riding, a day at the sand dunes, hiking or just a simple picnic.

There is an international airport in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Cedar City has a regional airport as well. Las Vegas and Salt Lake City are both linked with Interstate 15 with an exit to Cedar City. It's just a short 45 minutes on a beautiful scenic drive up the mountain on Highway 14 to our ranch house.

Should you happen to forget something, there is Tod's Country Store that is just 2 miles away and has a pretty good selection. Groceries, gas, beer, ice, soft serve ice cream and a self-serve grill to cook your hamburger or steak sandwich to your perfection!!
Come visit, you won't be disappointed!

Magnificent Views
This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed in! The wildlife was unbelievable! Our first night there we saw over one hundred mule deer, dozens of turkeys and the largest bull elk we have ever seen! The cabin was very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. They even had two spotting scopes so we could see all the wildlife up close. The cabin is within driving distance to numerous national and state parks making our stay one we will never forget!

Amazing Stay!
We had such a great weekend. The house is so unique! Isolated, quiet, fun! The deer and elk were a highlight of the trip, as well as the hot tub. We purchased the fresh meal kits at Smith’s on our way down and so we had everything we needed at the cabin. Recommend you take care of food before you get there since options are minimal. We will be back!
