Welcome to our spacious single story 2 bed / 2 bath home in Leisure World, a top senior 45+ gated community providing a world of relaxation, prestige, comfort and activity.

Leisure World adult resort community is in very high demand during the winter months of glorious weather with lots of fun things to do.

Leisure World is a private, gated luxury community with 3 gates that are manned by security officers 24 hours daily.

Leisure World is conveniently located near shopping and not far from the famed Superstition Mountains. The 1000 acre private gated community is surrounded by walking trails, lakes and golf courses and includes 24 hour security with 2 recreation centers, an athletic club, spa, pools, multiple golf courses, library, events and endless activities.

This house is centrally located within a few short blocks from the main community center (Rec 1), this private home is light and bright and includes tile throughout, a nice size kitchen, very spacious family room and dining area, fenced in front courtyard, enclosed back patio with water views (Lost Dutchman Lake) from most rooms in the house.

The house comes with use of 2 bikes.

The home's grassy yard (not gravel!) is manicured with many different palms, cacti, flowering bushes and a citrus tree. Take a nice stroll on the paved walking paths around the lake to enjoy the weather, listen to the birds and watch the ducks swim by.

Join in the many resort activities, bask in the sun by one of the pools or hang out in the home’s back yard with your new found friends.

Quiet, clean, and centrally located
Overall, this is a very desirable rental. The furniture, including bed, was very comfortable. Being located on one of the lakes made our evening walks very enjoyable. We were within easy walking distance of the fitness center and pool. We would rent here again.

Loved the property
I loved staying here. It was so relaxing looking at the lake and walking around it every day. It was very safe and had great amenities, pickleball, tennis, pools, lawn bowling etc. I would definitely stay here again.
